The Price Family has sold the Petroleum Club building at 601 South Boulder in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Wichita-based Kismet Stratton Investments LLC, the two parties announced Sept. 28, 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The new ownership group has outlined a redevelopment vision for the downtown Tulsa property that includes a ground-floor restaurant, a premium fitness club, and renovations aimed at restoring the building's street-level presence. The plans signal an intent to reactivate a landmark address that has long carried significance in Tulsa's commercial and energy sector history.
